Spinach Tortellini Salad

I made this salad for my sister bridal shower, it was a hit. The only difference is now I don’t add bacon crumbles as I did before.

1 Pkg Baby Spinach or 2-3c
1-1 1/2 c Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1-1 1/2c Cherry Tomatoes
Tortellini

Cook the tortellini and cool before mixing all together. I toss it lightly with ranch dressing.

Homemade Ranch Dressing
1 cup of real mayonnaise
1 cup of Milk ( i use 1%)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
